Set Up Your Track Meet with our easy to use Online Track Meet Management SoftwareHow do I set up a meet on TMM?

  1. Sign-In or Register for a new account on TMM
  2. From the Dashboard Screen you will have two ways to set up a meet.
    • Under the Track Meets I'm Hosting section you can click on the link titled "Click here to add a meet."
    • On the Navigation bar at the top of the page you can select from the Track Meets section the link titled "Schedule a Meet"
  3. You will be presented with a screen to set up your meet. You will need to name your meet (example: Wathena Invitational). You also will need to specify the date of the meet, the starting times for the track meet coach's meeting, running events, and field events. There is also a section for notes about the meet. The notes will be sent to your invited schools when you activate your meet and send invitations.
  4. When you have entered all the information click on the submit button.
  5. You can now add events to the meet.
