What is TrackMeetManager?

TrackMeetManager(TMM) is a complete online track meet management software set of tools that provides online registration, heat sheets and results reporting. You can schedule your meet and send out invitations to the schools that you want to attend your meet and they register for your meet online. This allows you to eliminate your time is receiving faxes and mailed in entries.

How much does TMM cost?

Our pricing is very reasonable and available at a cost such that if your school cannot afford it, the amount of time you save is worth the cost. For full details on pricing please see our Pricing.

We offer pricing on a per meet basis or annually. We also accept purchase orders from schools.

How do I order TMM?

First remember that you only have to purchase TMM if you are hosting a meet within our system. Schools that attend your meet do not have to pay.

When you have set up your meet you will be allowed to send out invitations to your meet. At the time of sending the invitations, you have the opportunity to purchase credits. If you do not have any credits or have not purchased an annual package you will be directed to an order page. You will have the option to purchase credits which are good for hosting one meet, or you can purchase an annual package.

If you would like to order TMM prior to hosting a meet you will need to login to your account, and under the "My Account" tab on the navigation bar select "Purchase Credits."

If you need to use a purchase order you can print out our Purchase Order form and either mail the form or fax it to us. We will credit your account and send you an invoice.

How do I find out how many credits I have?

If you would like to know how many Track Meet Manager credits you have, you will need to login to your account, and under the "My Account" tab on the navigation bar select "Account Status ."

Do schools that attend my meets have to pay to use TMM?

NO! The school hosting the meet pays for the service. You can invite as many schools as you want. You can accept as many entries as you want. Everything is flat-fee based. There are no additional costs for a high number of entries, events or schools at your meet.

How do I sign up for TMM?

You can sign up by Registering with TMM. You will be asked a series of questions, such as a user id and password and information about your school. Once you have set that up you can enter information about your athletes and set up your first track meet.

Will I ever have to pay for upgrades?

All upgrades are free! We work to continually improve our track meet software and provide all improvements to you free of charge.

Do I have to install anything on my computer?

No! Our product is completely web-based. As long as you have an internet connection and a browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari and a printer, you can take full advantage of our track meet management solutions.

What if I do not have internet access at my track?

90% of our customers do not have internet access at their track facilities. We recommend, and it seems to work well, to stage a person or group of people back at your school, and periodically have a person from your team run in the heat sheets to be entered into our system. This works very well, and means that you do not have to worry about internet access, finding a printer, or power.

Can I add a link to TMM to my school's website to make it easier for schools to register for meets?

Yes, we provide the HTML code you need to allow your invited schools to easily reach our site. Once you sign-in to our site, you can select the link that says "Add a link to us on your site!" This can be found on your dashboard or you can select the "Link to us on your site" option from Track Meets on the navigation bar.
